Outdoor Bleacher Expansion

Description: Essexville-Hampton Public Schools seeks a qualified, licensed contractor to design, fabricate, and install approximately 200 additional seats on the existing aluminum bleachers at Garber High School’s football field. The work includes site evaluation, stamped structural drawings by a Michigan-licensed professional engineer, compatible bleacher components, foundations, ADA-compliant guardrails and access routes, permits, inspections, code-compliance certification, as-built documentation, and site restoration. Sealed hard-copy proposals are due October 23, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.; evaluations consider cost, experience, schedule, references, safety, and proposal completeness.
