OTAG Water Heater Replacement RFP

Description: This project consists of the replacement of the domestic hot water system at the office of the adjutant general building. The work includes the removal of the existing hot water storage tank, heat exchanger, and associated circulation pumps. The new work includes the installation of a new high-efficiency, gas-fired, tankless domestic water heater skid, a new soft water storage tank, and the relocation of an existing water softener.
