OTAG Water Heater Replacement

Description: The State of Nevada’s Adjutant General and National Guard is soliciting bids to replace the domestic hot-water system at the Office of the Adjutant General building in Carson City. The work includes removing the existing storage tank, heat exchanger, and circulation pumps; installing a high-efficiency gas-fired tankless water-heater skid and a new soft-water storage tank; relocating an existing water softener; and completing associated mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and control work. This is an NRS 338 public-works solicitation with a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for November 6, 2026, and bids due November 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
