Removal operations shall be conducted so that the traveling public is protected, and so that interference with the traveling public using the structure is minimized; removal of portions of present structure (class 2 and 3): pneumatic hammers and chipping tools shall not be operated at an angle exceeding 60 degrees relative to the surface of the slab; etc, see attached file.
