OPW 54999: Washington Library - HVAC Upgrades

Description: This project involves comprehensive HVAC and mechanical upgrades. The scope encompasses the demolition of existing equipment alongside the installation of a new air handling unit, air-cooled condensing unit, heating/cooling coils, and updated temperature control systems. Associated electrical work, fire alarm integration, and minor site concrete work will also be performed to support the new mechanical equipment and site layout. All work will be executed while protecting existing utilities and minimizing disruption to ongoing library operations.
