Operation of Crandon Park Marina (Request for Proposals)

Description: The facilities include the following existing marina assets and operational features: Site and Infrastructure Approx. 36 acres of marina property. Designated nature preserve and wetlands located in the north area and beach section. On-site parking consisting of 317 standard vehicle spaces, 15 accessible spaces, and 211 trailer/boat parking spaces. Vessel Accommodations, 59 wet slips for recreational vessels 10 commercial wet slips. 60 mooring slips with accompanying dinghy rack. 130 dry storage slots. Bait and Tackle Shop: Located on the first floor of the Dock Master Facility. Shop space is approx. 1,080 square feet. Includes a small storage room/office space of approx. 35 SF. Bait and Tackle Shop is provided unfurnished (does not include furniture or fixtures such as counters, chairs, computers, freezers, shelving, or similar items.
