The supplier must supply on road diesel fuel and provide/install 2000-gallon double walled fuel storage tanks including but not limited to pumps, nozzles, flow meters, control systems, and display screens. All must work together to ensure safe and accurate fuel dispensing by meeting specification ASTM D975 standard for the police jury operational use.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Japan District (W2SN ENDIST JAPAN) issued Notice W912HV26Z0002 to perform market research for an upcoming Design-Bid-Build construction project entitled DESC2103C - Bulk Fuel Storage Tanks Phase II at Yokota Air Base, Japan. The project requires construction of one 100,000-barrel cut-and-cover JP-8 storage tank, a reinforced-concrete pump house (with four 600-gpm issue pumps and one 50-gpm water draw-off pump), and integration of the new control system into the existing filter building. The opportunity is restricted to local sources (firms physically located and licensed to conduct business in Japan) possessing a Japanese civil or architectural construction license; the Government anticipates issuing the formal RFP solicitation in August 2026 with a target response date of August 31, 2026.
