On-Line Tax Library Services

Description: The Kansas Department of Revenue seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive online tax library covering U.S. state and federal tax statutes, regulations, case law, and related guidance. The service must include at least 10 years of historical materials (preferably 20), support 20–25 concurrent users with individual accounts and search and favorites features, and provide specified publications plus online training and help-desk support. The five-year contract is intended to run from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2031, and proposals are due December 2, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. CST.
