On-line Tax Library Services RFP

Description: The Kansas Office of Procurement and Contracts is soliciting proposals on behalf of the Kansas Department of Revenue for an online tax research library service. The service must cover state and federal tax materials, provide at least ten years of archival content, support 20–25 users with individual accounts and favorites, offer tutorials or telephone help, and include specified tax publications. The five-year contract is scheduled for January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2031, and proposals are due October 8, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST.
