On-Call Encampment Cleanup, Biohazard Remediation, and Abandoned Vehicle Removal (Request For Proposal)

Description: The selected Contractor(s) shall provide on-call unauthorized encampment cleanup, biological waste and biohazard remediation, and abandoned vehicle, trailer, and motorhome removal services on public, City-owned properties. Work includes site assessment, collecting and removing accumulated trash, bulky items, scattered debris, needles/sharps, human/animal waste, and hazardous or regulated materials; performing surface cleaning and disinfection; and handling hauling, towing, demolition, and proper disposal at authorized facilities while ensuring public, worker, and environmental safety.
