On-Call Contractor Services RFP

Description: Provide equipment rental service. The service contract will have an initial term of one (1) year. In addition, there will be four (4) optional years that may be engaged through the mutual consent of both parties on an annual basis. The base required services shall be: general carpentry, masonry & concrete finishing, and excavation. These base services shall be self-performing by the contractor and the bidder will be required to show a list of permanent company employees that support these functions (carpenters, masons, and equipment operators) along with dedicated supervisors and/or project managers.
