On-Call Construction Management and Inspection RFP

Description: The City of Richmond is seeking statements of qualifications from professional engineering firms to provide on-call construction management, contract administration, construction inspection, materials sampling and testing, labor compliance, and project closeout services for federal-aid transportation projects. The City intends to establish a pool of up to three qualified consultants and award a separate on-call agreement to each selected firm. Projects will be funded in part with federal-aid administered by Caltrans, and the procurement and resulting agreements must comply with applicable federal and state requirements.
