City of New York

Work include elevator replacement shall include new elevator cars and hoistway equipment, liftnet system, controllers, power units, sump pump, and other related required items. Provide mechanical work for new heating ventilating and air conditioning (hvac) for the elevator machine room hvac work. Provide electrical work to support installation of the new elevators and elevator machine room hvac work.

City of Seattle

Provide mobilization, setup, operation, monitoring, and demobilization of pump and bypass systems for drainage and wastewater conveyance. These services are required for both planned events, such as King Tides, and unplanned emergencies. The selected vendor will coordinate closely with the City, supply skilled crews with proper PPE, and use equipment capable of transporting and operating multiple sized pump and bypass units. Vendors must be capable of rapid deployment, including participation in pre-event planning and decision meetings for King Tide events.

Town of Blue Hill

The project includes the upgrade of two existing pump stations and the construction of one new High Tide pump station at the existing wastewater treatment plant site. Work under this project includes demolition and site clearing; structural and trench excavation, earthwork, backfill, aggregates, crushed stone and compaction; site pavement, site restoration, erosion control, utilities including sewerage, drainage and water service; chain link fence, precast concrete structures, cast-in-place concrete, wood framed structures, miscellaneous building improvements, metals, gratings and railings; steel and fiberglass doors, frames and door hardware; overhead door, windows; painting, and all equipment including packaged pump station equipment, headworks grinder, chlorine contact tank mixer, chemical pumps and flow meter equipment; installation of High Tide Pump Station equipment; gates, process piping and valves, expansion joints, pipe hangers and supports; ventilation; emergency standby generators, electrical equipment, wiring, conduits, controls, alarm and instrumentation systems.
