Old Fire Station #2 Redevelopment (Request for Proposals)

Description: Seeks proposals to redevelop and lease and/or purchase a property with an approx. 7,500 sf building known as “Old Fire Station 2”. The City owns the project site and is seeking a concept for this location that will complement and enhance the existing residential uses and redevelop the station and/or area as an asset for the enjoyment of the community. Redevelopment of the site must include a plan for stormwater management and parking.
