Off-Campus Housing Marketplace Platform

Description: The College of Charleston requests proposals for a comprehensive web-based off-campus housing marketplace and student housing information service. The five-year hosted platform is intended to let students and other authorized users search for off-campus housing, identify potential roommates, review housing and renter resources, and connect with property owners and managers. The solicitation lists scope-of-work, terms-and-conditions/key-date, and agreement prerequisites, and vendors must register on the College's procurement platform to view the full solicitation.
