Ocean View Drive Boardwalk and Utility Undergrounding Improvement Project RFP

Description: Schedule 1: Ocean View Boardwalk: The work includes the construction of approximately 1,982 SF of synthetic lumber boardwalk along Ocean View Drive and the installation of 23 concrete/post footings, approximately 180 LF of concrete spread footings, 366 LF of type C curb with integral ledger, 650 SF 4” concrete sidewalk, approximately 110 LF 12” storm drain, installation of 3 storm drain structures, and approximately 400 LF handrail with downcast lighting. Schedule 2: Utility Undergrounding. This work includes converting the existing overhead utility service connection to a buried service for the Yachats Underground Pub and Grub located at 125 Ocean View Drive, installing a CLPUD street light base and a new meter can and load center on the SW corner of Hwy 101 and Ocean View drive for the new boardwalk. This work includes directional drilling of approximately 52 LF of 2” electrical conduit below Beach Street, directional drilling of approximately 101 LF of 2” electrical conduit below Hwy 101, installation of CLPUD transformer base, installation of CLPUD pull box, installation of approximately 250 2” SCH40 PVC conduit by open trench methods, installation of all conductors, and coordination with CLPUD and property owner for service conversion.
