Kent Ave to N. Oak Utility and Road Improvement Project RFP

Description: The Town of La Plata is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Kent Ave to N. Oak Utility and Road Improvement Project. Work includes replacing approximately 700 linear feet of stormwater drainage infrastructure, milling and paving N. Oak Avenue, identifying and replacing materials under the Lead and Copper Rule Improvements, installing sidewalks and gutters, and preparing utility as-builts. This is an open construction procurement, not a grant program, with a pre-bid meeting scheduled for September 2, 2026, and bids due September 24, 2026.
