Occupational Health Services (Request for Proposal)
Provide qualified and experienced firms to provide professional occupational health services for pre-employment medical evaluations; drug and alcohol testing; periodic medical surveillance physicals and vaccinations; authorized treating physicians – occupational medicine providers for on-the-job injury/illness treatment and other city referrals; commercial driver’s license holders medical evaluations; and functional capacity and range of motion services, and other medical tests or services as needed.
