O277283, 1017-27169 - Concrete Driveway & Ramp RFP

Description: Flat saw, break, and remove portion of existing concrete driveway and curb - 16' x 13' up to 6" thick, and 6' x 6" up to 12" thick (approx. 208 SF / 4.15 CY). Wall saw, break, and remove portion of existing concrete wall for new driveway opening - 5'-6" x 13" up to 12" thick. Excavate and level dirt sub-grade for new driveway - 110' x 14' up to 6" deep (approx. 1,540 SF / 30 CY). Dowel and epoxy new concrete to existing; pour back new concrete driveway at 4,000 PSI with #4 rebar at 12" O/C - 110' x 14' x 6" thick and 16'-6" x 13' x 6" thick (approx. 1,755 SF / 33 CY total pour back). All slurry, water control, concrete debris, and spoils hauled off-site to a permitted disposal facility.
