NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS REQUEST FOR BIDS

Description: The Town of South Carthage is soliciting sealed bids for all materials, equipment, and work required to repair and pave Rigsby Circle and Bright Avenue as one project. Bids must be hand-delivered to the Office of the Mayor at 106 Main Street South, Carthage, Tennessee, by 4:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time on October 1, 2026, when they will be publicly considered. This is a local government public-works bid for licensed contractors with adequate insurance, not a grant program; plans and bid forms are available from the mayor’s office from September 23 through September 30, 2026.
