Description: The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement to Beckman Coulter, Inc. for a fully automated Chemistry/Immunochemistry analyzer, associated reagents, and calibrator materials supporting the 88th Medical Group Clinical Laboratory at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. The system must integrate with the MHS GENESIS/Cerner Millennium Laboratory Information System through Authority to Operate-approved middleware and meet the technical requirements in the Statement of Work. Interested firms must submit capability statements and any questions by email no later than October 6, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. EDT; the notice is not a request for competitive quotations.
