The Department of the Air Force intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for a transportable Test and Check Out (TACO) Telemetry Receiver System to support MQ-9 telemetry testing. The system must be a rugged, weatherproof, towable cart equipped with environmental control and L/S/C band telemetry reception and recording capabilities. Purchasing two (2) dual source high resistance bridges. The design should be that of a Dual Arm Bridge (not an electometer). The Dual Source High Resistance Bridge will be used to measure resistor values in the range of 100 kΩ to 10 PΩ (Ohms) at Voltages from 1 to 1000 Volts DC. With and uncertainty 100 kΩ to 10 GΩ of 7ppm, 10 GΩ to 100 GΩ 12 ppm, 100 GΩ to 1 TΩ to 20 ppm, 1 TΩ to 10 TΩ to 100 ppm, 10 TΩ to 100 TΩ to 500 ppm, 100 TΩ to 1 PΩ to 1,500 ppm and 1 PΩ to 10 PΩ to 15,000 ppm. in an Operating temperature of 23 °C ± 5 °C. With Automatic and Manual Operation. The automation shall utilize a 10-Channel Coaxial Matrix High-Ohm Scanner to measure multiple resistors in an automated fashion.
