Description: Notice is hereby given that the Township of Hamilton, County of Mercer, State of New Jersey, intends to participate in the contract awarded to Prior Nami Business System, an authorized dealer of Konica Minolta Business Solutions awarded Contract #112124-KON, Multifunction devices, copiers, printers, services, software solutions, maturity date is 01/10/2029, to purchase the following: Konica Minolta Copy Machines - Three (3)C551i Digital Color Copiers - Five (5) Bizhub 551i B\&W Copiers - One (1) Bizhub 651i B\&W Copier Information regarding the contract may be found at the Search Sourcewell Awarded Contracts Website. It is the intent of the Township of Hamilton to make a contract award to Prior Nami Business System, 1666 Hamilton Ave., Hamilton, NJ 08629 pursuant to the proposal submitted by Konica Minolta Business Solutions, in response to Request for Proposals, the National Joint Power Alliance, currently known as Sourcewell. Opportunity to comment on purchase shall begin upon publication of this notice and end ten (10) calendar days thereafter. The contract period shall commence upon the issuance of a purchase order and shall terminate upon the delivery of the equipment listed above to the Township of Hamilton.
