Description: The required sole source elements consist of connecting existing electrical service infrastructure owned by Consumers Energy to the new biosparge building that the Contractor receiving the forthcoming contract will erect and then the subsequent supply of electrical services to that building. Consumers Energy is the sole electrical services provider in the project area. The prime contractor must coordinate work to complete the connection to be performed by Consumers Energy or their subcontractor and the electrical supply provision must be performed by Consumers Energy. No other source can satisfy the government’s requirement.
