Earthwork. Mobilization to the site and including large-scale vegetation clearing across Cells 1 and 2 to prepare the work area. Construct 3-foot-high, 50-foot-wide, 13,000-foot-long internal berms offset from the existing perimeter dikes around Cells 1 and 2, using on-site material and creating drainage ditches between the new berms and the perimeter road. The cells will then be regraded to ensure positive drainage toward the weirs while maintaining existing ditches where they already provide effective conveyance. The work will conclude with a final topographic survey to verify grades, followed by full demobilization upon completion. See attached file.
