Northern Ghana Fiber Backbone and Access Networks Feasibility Study

Description: CSquared Ghana invites qualified U.S. firms to conduct a feasibility study for an open-access fiber backbone and associated access networks using NEDCo’s electricity distribution infrastructure in northern Ghana. The selected contractor will be paid from a $660,000 U.S. Trade and Development Agency grant; this solicitation procures study services rather than applications for grant funding. The study will assess infrastructure readiness, commercial and financial viability, legal and regulatory requirements, environmental and social impacts, and implementation planning.
