Re-Bid North Havasu Additional Tank & Distribution Line
Lake Havasu City is re-soliciting construction bids (Invitation to Bid ITB-B27-PW-108031-500822) for the North Havasu Additional Tank & Distribution Line project (Project No. 108031), originally bid in March/April 2026. Work includes demolition of existing pavement and one manhole, removal of existing fence, site grading, and construction of one 750,000-gallon potable water welded steel tank with a 6-inch oil-impregnated sand-base foundation, cathodic protection system, aluminum dome roof, inlet/outlet and interconnecting piping, extended chain-link fencing, and other items per plans and specs at 5000 Highway 95 N. This is an Invitation to Bid (not a grant program); bidders must register with the City's procurement platform (DemandStar/OpenBids) to access full plans and specifications, with bids due by August 12, 2026.
