Marshall Water Line Repair *Re-bid*

Description: Seeking bids for the repair of the water line feeding the field maintenance shop (fms). Contractor shall excavate at asphalt leaving out 3" and 2" water lines. Remove up to 20' of 3" schedule 40 PVC piping including mechanical t and compression fittings from rc to the shutoff valve near the water meter. Replace up to 20' of 3" schedule 40 PVC to include 1.25" t to serve fms building. Contract shall bed piping and fittings. Contractor shall add concrete thrust blocks as needed after verification of city water pressure. Contractor shall remove and utilize the 2" PVC piping along the collage of fittings service the fms. Contractor shall re-serve service to the fms building 1.25 polyethylene pipe and use removed 2" PVC piping as a sleeve. See attached file.
