Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Disposition Services is offering a one-time sale of surplus metallic and non-metallic scrap under IFB 33-6055, and the notice says it is not a service contract. The bid documents describe mixed iron and steel scrap with foreign attachments, estimate 100,000 pounds with a 50,000-pound guaranteed minimum and a 150,000-pound maximum, and require pickup at the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
