Description: The Gateway Family YMCA seeks bids to stabilize and restore two fire escapes at its Elizabeth Branch Emergency Shelter at 135 Madison Avenue in Elizabeth. The work includes structural anchoring, repair or replacement of damaged components, grout reinforcement, surface restoration, and fire-escape certification, including required weight testing of each stair and tread.
