NJDCA 2026 SSP – Fire Alarm System Bid
The Gateway Family YMCA is soliciting bids to replace the existing unsupported fire alarm control panel with a new addressable system and related detection devices at its five-level Elizabeth Branch Emergency Shelter. The work includes labor, materials, equipment, and installation of devices such as smoke detectors, pull stations, duct and elevator-shaft detectors, and heat sensors. The contractor must maintain an operational fire alarm system at the end of each workday and obtain required fire inspection approvals.
