Newport Avenue Landscape Planting and Irrigation

Description: Complete landscape planting and irrigation improvements. The project consists of two (2) primary planting areas (fence and wall) with an approx., linear measurement of 1,000' and 1,300' respectively, for a total project length of approx., 2,300 LF The width of the planting areas varies along the project, generally ranging from approx., 4' to 15'. The contractor shall account for existing grades and drainage conditions when preparing the planting areas, placing soil, installing plant material, and designing the irrigation system.
