Town Hall Construction Re-Bid
The Township of Millburn is soliciting sealed bids for a general contract for the Additions & Renovations, Millburn Municipal Building project in Millburn, New Jersey. The work covers all labor, materials, services, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to complete the project under the contract documents prepared by The Goldstein Partnership, LLC, Architects, with completion required within 450 calendar days of contract award. Bids must be delivered to the Millburn Law Enforcement Building at 435 Essex Street, Millburn, NJ 07041, and will be opened and read on September 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM prevailing time.
