New 6’-0” high Chain Link Fencing. New double chain link fence swing gates with privacy slats. New SS40 framework and associated concrete footings. New steel safety bollards with associated concrete footings. Existing concrete pad and bituminous paving cutting & patching. New loam, seed and top dressings.

The vacant City- and URA-owned lots, totaling more than 16 acres, are intended to deliver high-quality housing or mixed-use residential opportunities in this formerly residential community. Responses must be submitted via IonWave Technologies in a single bookmarked PDF by 5:00 PM EDT on August 24, 2026.
