ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS PROJECT: New Bath House for Kinser Park
The Greene County Government is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the new construction of an approximately 791-square-foot Bath House at Kinser Park, 650 Kinser Park Lane, Greeneville, Tennessee, consisting of CMU walls, a concrete slab, interior partitions, mechanical and electrical systems, pre-engineered wood trusses and a metal roof. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled at the job site on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. and sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 3, 2026, when they will be publicly opened in the Greene County Annex Facility Conference Room at 204 North Cutler Street, Greeneville, Tennessee. A 5% bid security made payable to Greene County Government and a Performance and Payment Bond are required, and Contract Documents are available for purchase from Knoxville Blue Print and Supply with bidding documents examinable at the architect's office (A.
