Museum Upgrades and Improvements RFP

Description: In general, the work consists of: the upgrades to the Multi-Purpose Room, Library, and Theater located in the Center on the Veterans Home Campus. The improvements to the Multi-Purpose Room and Library include window glazing film, flooring replacement, and accessibility improvements that will allow these areas to be used for displaying exhibits for the Museum. Improvements to the Theater will include adding a hearing loop and accessibility upgrades. Additional improvements to the Center would include upgrading the main building entrance to meet current ADA standards. Doors around the building will receive hardware accessibility improvements.
