Multiplex Concept Plan

Description: The Town of Rocky Mountain House has issued a Request for Proposal seeking a Consultant to develop a comprehensive overall Multiplex building and site concept plan for the Municipality. The plan will provide Town Council and ratepayers with a clear vision of the concept, a phasing plan, and estimated costing, with Class D costing for phased implementation on approximately 54 acres of subject lands. Proposals must be submitted via email in PDF format or as a sealed hard copy to the Town by the closing date.
