MTW Local Housing Development Program Short-term Financing (Request for Proposal)

Description: Provide short-term (up to 36 months) financing on an over-the-counter basis to facilitate the acquisition, renovation, or development of affordable housing. Financing includes: Provision of zero or below-market rate interest loans for predevelopment costs, acquisition costs, construction costs, and rehabilitation costs. Loans can be soft loans (residual receipts payments only) or conventional amortized loans depending on the financial capacity of the development.
