MPCC W-Building Site Utilities RFP

Description: 1. Removal, capping, abandonment, and modification of the indicated water, storm-drain, sanitary sewer, and irrigation utilities. 2. Relocation and reconnection of the indicated electrical panels, feeders, conduits, pull boxes, generator disconnect, and related equipment. 3. Installation of the new generator distribution panel. 4. Installation, relocation, capping, testing, and connection of the indicated underground natural-gas piping. 5. Excavation, trench protection, bedding, backfill, compaction, and restoration of affected surfaces. 6. Utility shutdown coordination, temporary services, testing, inspections, record drawings, and closeout documentation.
