Moorpark Road Storm Drain Pipe (CMP) Lining and Repair at Pembridge Street (MI 2623) RFP

Description: The City of Thousand Oaks is soliciting bids for the trenchless rehabilitation of approximately 1,200 linear feet of existing 60-inch corrugated metal storm drain pipe along Pembridge Street. The work includes either Spin-cast Geopolymer Mortar Lining or Cured-In-Place Pipe lining, construction of a new utility maintenance hole, access-structure and manhole work, temporary stormwater management or bypass pumping, traffic control, surface restoration, and project closeout. The sealed-bid solicitation requires a mandatory pre-bid meeting and aims to restore the stormwater facility’s structural capacity and service life while minimizing excavation and neighborhood disruption.
