MONROE AREA HIGH SCHOOL & WGHS BASEBALL SOFTBALL FIELD HOUSE PROJECT

Description: The Walton County Board of Education is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified general contractors to design and construct a new multi-purpose Field House serving Monroe Area High School and Walnut Grove High School. The project also includes resurfacing tennis courts and replacing nets at Loganville High School and Walnut Grove High School, along with all required labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services. Proposals must be submitted as a lump-sum bid with a 5% bid bond and delivered in bound notebooks by September 24, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
