Mobile Truck Washing Service
The City of Pasadena Water and Power Department seeks a contractor to provide recurring express exterior-only washing for its mixed utility fleet at the City Yards in Pasadena. Service is anticipated every other week on Sundays between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with the contractor supplying all labor, equipment, materials, water, power, and wash-water containment and disposal. The contractor must prevent wash water from entering storm drains or other unauthorized drainage areas and obtain City approval before any discharge to the sanitary sewer or another approved location.
