Mobile Command Vehicle Storage Building, Pell City, and Relocation of Existing Metal Building RFP

Description: Work inlcudes construction of a new 4,500 sf pre-engineered metal building with brick veneer, including foundations, plumbing, oil/water separator, mechanical and electrical work, and associated site, grading, drainage, utility and erosion-control work, disassembly of an existing metal building at that site and removal off site of its slab and associated concrete work demolition and off-site disposal of the masonry walls enclosing the existing generator set and fuel tank and of the concrete slab on which they sit, after the generator set and tank are removed under a separate county contract; and (3) relocation and re-erection of the disassembled metal building, with new wall and roof panels, insulation and trim, including new foundation, mechanical and electrical work.
