PRIVATE PROPERTY LAWN MAINTENANCE RE-BID
The City of Rochester is soliciting bids for lawn maintenance on privately owned properties when owners do not comply with city yard-maintenance regulations. Work includes removing minor debris, cutting grass and weeds, trimming fence lines, and cleaning up clippings; the posting estimates about 1,200 lots and requires work within three days of a work order.
