Mitigation Reconstruction of a Flood Prone Home Project (Invitation to Bid)

Description: Mitigation reconstruction of a flood prone home project. The proposed project consists of the installation of one new elevated manufactured home on a manufactured home park lot where the existing home has been removed by the City under a separate contract. The original home measured approx. 24' by 52' (1,248 SF of heated living area). The replacement structure shall be installed on a permanent foundation and shall not exceed 110% of the original square footage, resulting in a maximum allowable size of 1,372 SF inclusive of any lifts and landings, in accordance with FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) requirements.
