Missoula Waster Water Facility Re-Roofing RFP

Description: The project will consist of a partial re-roof of the main administration building (1825 sf), entry canopy of administration building (92 sf), and partial re-roof of the PELs building (529 sf) of the Missoula Wastewater Treatment plant. Removal of existing single ply membrane. There will be repairs to the structural roof deck if any failed decking is observed. Installation of a new R30 tapered insulation system to improve drainage, this will include new curbs at roof edges. A new PVC 60 mil single ply membrane will be installed with new flashings and edge metal coordinated with the new insulation system.
