Description: St. Johns County is seeking a qualified consultant to provide comprehensive state governmental relations and lobbying services. The consultant will represent the County before the Florida Legislature, Governor’s Office, Cabinet agencies, and other state entities while advocating for funding for capital improvement projects. The work also includes aligning lobbying with the County’s Legislative Action Plan and Board policy and providing strategic advice on legislative, policy, regulatory, and funding matters.
