Midtown Infrastructure Request for Information

Description: The City of Santa Fe is seeking industry feedback on Phase One horizontal infrastructure improvements at the Midtown Redevelopment Site before issuing a future competitive RFP. The anticipated work includes public right-of-way construction, underground utilities, stormwater and green-stormwater infrastructure, roads, sidewalks, bicycle facilities, landscaping, irrigation, and coordination with departments and utility providers. This RFI is for planning and market research only, responses will not be evaluated as proposals or offers, and no cost information should be included.
