Midsize Business (MDB) Program

Description: The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of General Services issued an RFI to gather feedback and capability information from Pennsylvania-based midsize businesses interested in participating in the Midsize Business (MDB) Program. Respondents are asked to submit a one-page capability statement specifying their industry category, Pennsylvania headquarters, experience, and certifications; the RFI is market research only and not tied to a current procurement. The RFI seeks to expand the pool of certified MDB firms across categories such as building design, construction, IT goods & services, and procurement goods/services.
