The City of Lancaster will receive bids online for removal of all sediment from Oyster Point Reservoir, with bids opened electronically and publicly on PennBid. The work may use a remotely operated vehicle, divers, or another proposed method that satisfies Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection requirements; a non-mandatory virtual pre-bid conference and required site visits are specified. The IFB also requires compliance with minimum wage, Pennsylvania's Steel Products Procurement Act, and other federal and state requirements, and the posting contains no grant-program funding language.
